Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note, returns are processed for online gift cards only. We will issue to an online gift card and email to you. You can use for future purchases. Gift cards will expire one-year from date of purchase.

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the information below. As a small business we cannot accommodate returns outside of our return policy.

No refunds. Exchanges or in-store credit may be issued within 7 days of purchase. In-store credit, or gifts cards, will expire one-year from date of purchase. Items must be in original condition, with tags, and unworn. Final sale on all sale & seasonal items, jewelry, accessories, shoes, gift items and candles.

Online Purchase Return Policy:

Returns are not accepted on SALE items. Final sale on all accessories, shoes, and gifts and seasonal items. 

To initiate a return for regular priced items, please contact us at shopeabhattie@gmail.com. If you wish to initiate a return, we will issue a return label via email. Authorized returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, have original tags, and be in original condition. Customer is responsible for any additional postage on return. Must be sent back to us Via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed Ex.

Elizabeth Anne Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are in with the carrier, we have no control of what happens to them.

If you are returning an item, please include your name and order number so we can issue a gift card electronically. If you are returning sale or seasonal, you will not receive a credit. 

Damaged Items

Damaged Items must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of order. Please send email to shopeabhattie@gmail.com. You will be required to send photos of damage.

In-Store Pickup Policy

If you choose to pick up items in store, items must be picked up within 30 days.
